Amateur courses

Amateur cooking courses

Congusto Institute's amateur cooking courses are hands-on lessons designed for those who love cooking. They take place in the school's laboratories, in small groups, with the support of professional chefs. They are fun and experiential: you cook together, learn techniques and recipes you can replicate at home, and conclude with a tasting of the dishes you've prepared. Amateur courses are not intended for professional purposes and do not award certificates or qualifications. These courses are designed for Italian students or for candidates with fluent Italian language skills (minimum B1 level), as all lessons are conducted in Italian. International students who do not speak Italian fluently are invited to refer to the International Programs area, where all courses are offered in English.
