Accessing and browsing this website implies acceptance of these Terms of Use.

The content published on this website is primarily intended to provide information about Congusto Institute’s educational programmes and services. Information concerning courses, programmes, instructors, schedules, duration, delivery methods, tuition fees, financial benefits, internships and other services may be updated or amended at any time for educational, organisational or commercial reasons.

Gourmet Institute S.r.l. takes reasonable care to ensure that the information published on the website is accurate and up to date. However, errors, omissions, typographical errors, outdated information or temporary discrepancies between the website content and the documentation relating to a specific service cannot be entirely excluded.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the information published on the website does not constitute a contractual offer and does not replace the documentation provided during the enrolment or purchase process.

In the event of any discrepancy, the terms, service specifications and amounts stated in the proposal, enrolment form, order or contract signed or accepted by the relevant party shall prevail, depending on the nature of the service.

Gourmet Institute S.r.l. reserves the right to amend, update, suspend or remove website content and features without prior notice, without prejudice to any rights already acquired by users under contracts that have already been concluded.

Professional Training

Enrolment in Advanced Professional Training programmes, Master programmes and other professional training programmes normally takes place through an orientation and admission process and not through e-commerce.

Candidates receive from their Educational Advisor the documentation relating to their chosen programme, including the applicable fees and General Terms and Conditions, which must be read and signed as part of the enrolment process.

For information purposes only, some of the main general principles are summarised below:

• Enrolment: enrolment is completed in accordance with the procedures set out in the contractual documentation relating to the selected programme.

• Fees and payments: amounts, payment deadlines, any applicable financial benefits and payment methods are those specified in the documentation signed by the student.

• Attendance: students are required to comply with the attendance requirements applicable to their programme. Voluntary withdrawal or discontinuation of attendance does not automatically entitle the student to a refund of amounts due or already paid, except as otherwise provided by the contract or applicable law.

• Course organisation: schedules, timetables, programmes, instructors or venues may be changed for educational or organisational reasons, in accordance with the applicable contractual terms.

• Course commencement: a programme may be postponed or cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not reached or due to organisational or operational circumstances preventing the programme from commencing. The applicable procedures and consequences are governed by the contract.

• Certificates and internships: attendance requirements, conditions for the issue of certificates or other qualifications, and any internship opportunities are governed by the documentation applicable to the specific programme.

This summary is provided for information purposes only and does not replace the General Terms and Conditions.The relationship between the student and Gourmet Institute S.r.l. is governed by the contractual documentation applicable to the specific programme.

Courses and Master Programmes Available for Online Purchase

Certain courses, seminars, short Master programmes or professional development activities may be made available for direct online purchase.

In such cases, the characteristics of the service, price, payment methods, schedule and specific applicable terms are indicated on the relevant purchase page and/or in the terms accepted when placing the order.

Once enrolment has been completed, it is irrevocable, except where a right of withdrawal is expressly provided for by law or by the specific terms applicable to the purchased service. Withdrawal from the course or failure to attend, whether in whole or in part, does not entitle the participant to a refund of amounts already paid or, where applicable, release the participant from the obligation to pay any outstanding amounts.

Where the purchase is made by a person or entity for purposes related to their business, commercial, craft or professional activity, the relationship does not qualify as a consumer contract and the provisions of the Italian Consumer Code reserved for consumers, including the right of withdrawal applicable to distance contracts, shall not apply. In such cases, enrolment is final and irrevocable from the moment the purchase is completed.

Any possibility of replacing the participant, transferring enrolment to another course edition or applying other exceptions shall be permitted only where expressly provided for in the terms applicable to the specific course.

Business Services and Events

Team building activities, corporate events, corporate programmes and other Business services are customised services and cannot be purchased through e-commerce on this website.

Quotations, financial terms, payment arrangements, cancellation and amendment policies, and the conditions governing the provision of the service are defined in the commercial proposal and/or contract relating to the specific service.

The terms relating to professional training summarised above do not apply to Business Services and Events.

Congusto Lab – Enthusiasts Cooking Classes

As of 1 September 2026, amateur cooking courses, Cooking Experiences, Gift Cards and other activities aimed at consumers are offered through Congusto Lab, a division of Gourmet Institute S.r.l. dedicated to non-professional culinary experiences.

These activities are governed by specific Rules and Terms and Conditions of Sale, available on the Congusto Lab website and, where applicable, accepted by the user when making a purchase or booking.

The terms relating to Congusto Institute’s professional training programmes set out on this page do not apply to Congusto Lab services and activities.

Intellectual Property and Website Content

Texts, educational materials, images, videos, trademarks, logos, programmes and other content available on this website are protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws.

The reproduction, distribution, modification or use of such content for commercial purposes is not permitted without the prior authorisation of the relevant rights holder.
