How does the digital Gift Card work?
Select the amount and pay by card. You will receive a link with a unique code. The beneficiary enters the code in the “Gift Voucher” field at the checkout of the Amateur Courses section and completes the purchase within 6 months.
How long is it valid?
6 months from date of purchase.
Are Gift Cards refundable?
⚠️ No. The exceptions set out in art. 59, letter n) of the Consumer Code include: leisure services with a defined execution period. It is therefore not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal (see art. 4.3 of the Regulation).
Is it transferable?
Yes, just communicate the new name at least 48 hours before the course. If the card covers more lessons, the use must remain with the same person.
Can I use it on multiple courses?
Yes, until credit runs out. Any differences are paid at checkout.
