How long is it valid?
6 months from date of purchase.
Are Gift Cards refundable?
⚠️ No. The exceptions set out in Article 59, letter n) of the Consumer Code include leisure services with a defined performance period. There is no right of withdrawal.
Is it transferable?
Yes. Simply communicate the new name at least 48 hours before the course. If the card covers multiple lessons, it must remain used by the same person.
Can I use it on multiple courses?
Yes, until your credit runs out. Any differences will be paid at checkout.
