The course is theoretical-practical and requires the active participation of each member. There are no individual stations: participants work in teams, collaborating in the preparation of recipes under the guidance of the teaching chef. During the lesson, moments of technical explanation, practical demonstration and collective cooking activities alternate. At the end, the preparations made are tasted together.
