Multi-specialty Master in Gastronomic Arts and Management
The Congusto Institute's multi-specialty master's program is an interdisciplinary training course that integrates cooking, pastry, and baking with elements of management and gastronomic culture. Professional qualification in baking
Those who attend at least 90% of the baking module hours will be eligible to take the technical manager exam for baking production activities, as stipulated by regional law no. 10/2013. The examination board is composed of members accredited by the Lombardy Region.
