Congusto Institute offers professional training programs for those wishing to work in the restaurant, pastry, and baking industries. Professional courses are delivered in Italian and are intended for students with a fluent knowledge of the language (minimum B1 level). Participants work in structured teams, following professional kitchen standards, under the guidance of chefs and industry professionals. For international students who do not speak Italian, International Programs taught entirely in English are available.
Congusto Institute is accredited by the Lombardy Region and certified to ISO 9001. Upon completion of the courses, you will receive an EQF qualification certificate, as required by the chosen program.
