A Structured Italian Cooking Class, Week After Week

Over four weeks, you work on the foundations of everyday Italian cuisine.
Simple ingredients. Clear techniques. Real family-style dishes.

You will learn to:

  • organize your work in the kitchen

  • prepare fresh pasta from scratch
  • balance sauces and flavors
  • cook meat and vegetable dishes properly
  • manage timing and serve “the Italian way”
  • prepare simple Italian baked goods and desserts

Course Structure

Week 1 – The Italian Kitchen Basics
Antipasti, aperitivo culture and vegetables.
Savory pies, fried selections, seasonal salads and vegetable dishes. Focus on how an Italian meal begins and how flavors are built.

Week 2 – Fresh Pasta & Traditional Sauces
Hands-on pasta making.
Fresh pasta dough from scratch, classic Bolognese ragù, simple fillings and traditional sauces such as butter & sage or vegetable-based condiments. Common mistakes and how to avoid them.

Week 3 – Italian Regional Dishes
Home-style recipes from North and South Italy (rotating).
Traditional meatballs and vegetable alternatives, regional dishes and classic side dishes. Special attention to timing and serving, following the structure of a real Italian meal.

Week 4 – Desserts & Quick Italian Baking
Classic Genovese focaccia, potato focaccia and an easy baked dessert.
Introduction to plating and presentation. Full recipe booklet included.

Teaching Method

Lessons are practical and interactive.
Each session combines demonstration and hands-on work.

The goal is not to copy a recipe, but to understand why you do something and how to repeat it at home.
