What to expect Guided tasting (45 minutes)

A sensory journey through aromas, flavors, and quality with the experts of the Consortium for the Protection of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.

Kitchen Workshop (1 hour and 15 minutes)

Attend a class led by Congusto chefs, who will guide you through techniques and recipes that showcase Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI. An educational and inspirational opportunity designed for those who wish to deepen their knowledge of an Italian excellence, combining theory, tasting, and hands-on cooking.

Participation is free*, but places are limited.

*No-Show booking guarantee fee – 15 euros
To confirm your attendance, a €15 guarantee fee is required; this is not a participation fee.
The amount will be converted into a credit that can be used for aCongusto amateur course, by July 31, 2026.
In case of no-show or cancellation within 72 working hours (no-show), the fee will be retained as a penalty.
