  • One-shot cooking classes for food enthusiasts (in English)

During the Open Day you may also join a complimentary 45-minute live workshop:

Culinary Workshop – Italian Techniques in Practice
with Giorgio Monzani, Resident Cook Instructor for International Students.

An opportunity to step into the kitchen, work at your station, and experience our teaching method firsthand.
