Programs featured during the Open Day
International students can choose the English-taught Italian Culinary Program (ICP) and Italian Pastry & Bakery Program (IPB). Advanced Training courses in Cuisine, Pastry and Bakery, together with Congusto Master programs, are taught in Italian and require at least B1 Italian.

The professional cooking program designed for international students and delivered in English.

The professional pastry and bakery program designed for international students and delivered in English.
Italian-taught programs
Advanced Training and Master Programs
Advanced Training courses in Cuisine, Pastry and Bakery and all Master programs are taught in Italian. International applicants need at least B1 Italian.
Special Open Day Promotion
Anyone attending one of the Open Days will receive a €500 discount on tuition when enrolling in an eligible program.
