Whistleblowing
Gourmet Institute Srl -Congusto Institute (hereinafter, in short, “Gourmet”), in compliance with the principles of legality and transparency that distinguish it and in accordance with the requirements of Legislative Decree 24/2023 containing "Implementation of EU Directive 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019, concerning the protection of persons reporting violations of Union law and containing provisions concerning the protection of persons reporting violations of national regulatory provisions", has established an internal channel for reporting.
People who can use the reporting channel (Whistleblower or Reporting Persons) are:
• subordinate workers;
• self-employed workers, holders of collaboration contracts, freelance professionals and consultants;
• volunteers and interns, paid and unpaid;
• shareholders and persons with administrative, management, control, supervisory or representative functions (even if merely de facto)
This also applies in pre-contractual situations, probationary periods or situations following the dissolution of the legal relationship if the information on the violations was acquired during the course of the relationship itself.

All the violations must be reported to the Reporting Manager through the Completion of the Whistleblowing Report Form below or by regular mail addressed to the attention of the "Report Manager" at Gourmet Institute Srl - Congusto Institute, Via Bernando Davanzati, 15 - 20158 - Milan.
