DISCOVER THE CONGUSTO METHOD →A SCHOOL FOR THE PROFESSION
At Congusto Institute, knowledge becomes professional skill through continuous practical training, method and direct experience in professional kitchens. Whether you are starting your first career or changing direction, the goal is the same: learning how to work in the food industry.
THE CONGUSTO METHOD
Our professional programmes combine the theory needed to understand the profession with intensive hands-on training and experience in the industry. The teaching model is designed to progressively develop technical skills, autonomy and professional awareness.

THE FACULTY
Professional training needs continuity. At Congusto Institute, each training area has an academic structure that follows students throughout their programme. Area Directors define the teaching approach and standards, while Resident Chef Instructors work with students consistently in the classroom and professional kitchens.
Each area has a professional lead responsible for the teaching approach, programme content and quality standards.
Professionals who work with students throughout the programme, following their technical development and progress day by day.
HOW YOU LEARN
Hands-on training starts from the beginning of the programme and accompanies the entire learning process.
Limited class sizes give students the time, space and feedback needed to work directly.
Training takes place in laboratories equipped for professional culinary, pastry and bakery practice.
Skills develop progressively through exercises, repetition, evaluation and increasing levels of autonomy.
Professional programmes connect classroom learning with restaurants, hotels and companies through internships and industry activities.
Support continues beyond the classroom, helping students approach internships and their entry into the professional world.
FROM TRAINING TO WORK
Learning a profession also means understanding its rhythms, standards and expectations. Professional kitchens, instructors active in the industry, internships and Career Service help connect training with the real hospitality market.
