Congusto Institute is led by a guide that combines entrepreneurial experience, technical expertise, and direct knowledge of the food & hospitality sector. Federico Lorefice, President of the Institute and Director of Grande Cucina, a B2B magazine dedicated to haute cuisine and catering professionals, boasts over twenty years of experience in the sector. Educational Direction is entrusted to Roberto Carcangiu, President of APCI (Professional Association of Italian Chefs), whose technical experience and market knowledge align the school’s training programs with the skills required by the professional world.
