  2. From the Emiliana-Romagnola pastry to the classic Emilian pastry
  3. Stuffed pasta: tortelli, tortellini and ravioli (part 1)
  4. Stuffed pasta: tortelli, tortellini and ravioli (part 2)
  5. Gnocchi and fresh regional pastas, (trofie, orecchiette, strozzapreti...)
  6. Insights and final presentation
