Congusto Institute opens its doors to those who dream of a future in the world of food.
An afternoon dedicated to discovering the Advanced Training Courses (Chef, Pastry Chef, Baker) and the Multi-Specialist Master in Gastronomic Arts , designed for young people aged 18 to 45 who wish to transform their passion into a concrete profession.

Federico Lorefice , patron of Congusto Institute and editorial director of Grande Cucina , will be the host, supported by the teaching staff led by the educational directors Roberto Carcangiu (APCI President) and Marco Pedron (APEI Member). At 2:30 pm the kitchens become an educational set: you enter, you observe, you work side by side with the teachers. The program includes an introduction to the school's training method, meetings with the educational team, visits to the spaces, free workshops, short personalized consultations and a final aperitif with the partners.

During the event, there will be prominent guests in the gastronomic panorama, including Francesco Capece (Confine), Sara Nicolis i (Al Tatto), and Davide Galbiati (DaV - Da Vittorio group), who will share their experiences and visions of the sector.
The day will be moderated by Chiara Buzzi (Food Journalist), who will lead the discussions and presentations.
