Couple brunch

In our "Couple's Brunch" course, you will experience a real kitchen brigade, working in pairs and as a team to create a shared menu, without individual stations.

Guided by our professional chefs, you will cook together with other participants, learning techniques and recipes to replicate at home. A perfect opportunity to have fun, collaborate and enjoy an evening of taste and sharing.

The fee is for two people (a couple). Recipes may vary.

PROGRAM

• Pancakes with maple syrup
• Eggs Benedict
• Baked potato focaccia with herbs and sour cream
• Carrot and ginger plumcake
• Savory pie with zucchini and feta (spring/summer) or savory Parmesan muffins with pumpkin and mushrooms (autumn/winter)
• Danish ricotta and chocolate swirls

The course is theoretical-practical and requires the active participation of each registrant. There are no individual stations: participants work in teams, collaborating in the preparation of recipes under the guidance of the chef instructor. During the lesson, moments of technical explanation, practical demonstration, and collective cooking activity alternate. At the end, the prepared dishes are tasted together.
