Riccardo Magni, born in 1973, was just 16 when started working alongside his father Paolo in Lecco. It was the beginning of a successful career. His professional growth was based on numerous training and refresher courses by attending courses and masters at the most established European schools. He has gained considerable experience in highly prestigious contexts such as the Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni in Bellagio and the restaurant of the starred Chef Gualtiero Marchesi L’Albereta.
In more recent years, his expertise evolved from pastry chef to consultant, engaged in Italy and abroad. He is currently developing several projects about training, working with the main companies in the sector and magazines.
