Elisa Lanzillotti

Born in 1980, she graduated as a professional pastry chef in 2014 at Alma, concluding his training path with a curricular internship at highly decorated pastry chef from Prato, Luca Mannori.
Over the years she has continued to improve her skills working for some of the best italian pastry chef such as Emmanuele Forcone, Luca Montersino, Stefano Laghi and Gianluca Aresu.
In 2016 she was head pastry chef at the Lume, Michelin starred restaurant by chef Luigi Taglienti, and than she worked at Princi Bakery in Milan and London for two years.
